Refund policy

At Yūga, each garment is thoughtfully handcrafted in small quantities using artisanal textile processes. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, slight irregularities in weave, print, texture, or colour may occur and are considered a part of the garment’s uniqueness.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the case of:

• Size-related issues
• Damaged products received upon delivery

To request an exchange, please write to us within 3 days of receiving your order at:

The product must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In its original condition
• Returned with original tags and packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved, exchange instructions will be shared.

Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds on orders once placed.

Refunds will only be considered if:

• The product received is damaged beyond repair
• The ordered item is unavailable

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Custom-made or made-to-order garments
• Discounted or sale items
• International orders

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
